Thank You For Attending

A sampling of post-event emails from the larger Prep for Prep Lilac Ball email campaign I led and created in Mailchimp. Creation includes design, copywriting, monitoring the recipient list, and sending. The goal of the campaign was to generate ticket sales and donations among donors, partners, and alumni. Fundraising goal was reached by the event’s close, but this email is sent to continue to connect and engage those donors and attendees, and encouraging future engagement with the organization. Campaign result: $4.7 million raised by event’s close. Fundraising goals met by end of fiscal year (June 30) with a total of $12.5 million.
